The Good Iranian
13-25 AUG 15:00
Salam, y'all! Arsalan Akhavan's funny and uplifting
one-man show interweaves myths from the Persian Book of Kings (Shahnameh)
with true-life stories about growing up Iranian in the deep American
south, asking: what makes someone good? Following a sold-out
work-in-progress run in London this February, The Good Iranian makes its
hotly-anticipated Edinburgh Fringe debut with a mesmerising and moving
production directed by Sepy Baghaei. Come celebrate the timeless art of
storytelling and the triumph of good over evil, all in one entertaining
and educational hour! Produced by Rug Entertainment.
